This campground is such a gem. It’s right off the highway, so super easy to get to, but once you’re in, it feels open and relaxed—you’re not packed in on top of each other like some places. We loved it here so much that we actually bought a seasonal site. The owners are incredibly kind and understanding, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked with décor, games, merch, and little extras. They even have a fun mining station where you buy a bucket and sift through it at their waterfall setup—our kids had a blast with that. There are swing sets in different parts of the campground, a clean shower/bathroom area with a washer and dryer, and the sites are easy to read and pick from on their detailed map. Whether you need a simple spot or a full hookup with sewer, they’ve got it covered. Honestly, it’s been such a great experience—we’re so glad we found this place.

Owner Tim and Traci(?)are great, very accommodating! They helped me change my reservation from the camper Wolf Pup rental (yes, they can rent out a camper!) To our own spot after we decided to purchase our own. They recommended a good spot based on our preferences too. They recommended a good spot based on our preferences too. Had an issue finding water when we got in after hours but Tim helped me out through texts and we got squared away. Also had an issue with the washing machine once during the stay and They took care of the issue right away as well. Family enjoyed the many kid friendly amenities (though the main playground had seen better days and had a loose railing..see photo on the right side...careful!) - soccer, bouncy balls, bowling pins inside the laundry area, many playgrounds, swings. Who cares if there isn't a pool...lots to do for fun! State park camping couldn't possibly own up the amenities here, book here if you're thinking of visiting the local State Park!

The campsites were in terrible condition, they didn’t prepare the campsite at all, the grass was extremely tall, I paid for electricity and it was broken and I didn’t get a refund/discount for it, the bathrooms were nasty and smelled terrible all weekend, I got harassed for speeding the whole weekend even though I had a speedometer showing I was going less than the speed limit (which is posted as... Felt they were cleaned well. Note, it was raining hence the mud on the floor in the bathrooms. Cons: -Camping spots are close in proximity to each other but pretty standard for weekend spots. We really enjoyed our time and recommend it.

The perfect lakeside camp. The spaces are big, the grass is green and soft. The lake is beautiful. It's an easy walk to the store and a little restaurant and funky antique shop. We anticipated spending 1 night here. However our motor home wouldn't start the next morning. The owner Anne was exceptionally kind to us. It was memorial day weekend and nothing was open. She stopped by every day to check on. She also stopped by and asked if we needed anything from the store . If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely stay here.

Beautiful campground, lovely grass and treed sites. Electric and water hookups. Sani dump. Washrooms, picnic tables and fire pits. The trees and grass is what I liked the most. Mostly Seasonal campers, but Anne has set aside a few nice, large sites for overnighters. Anne is a wonderful host, I feel as if I have made a new friend. Highly recommend!!! The owner of this place is in it for one thing only - money. She treats people terribly. If you ask her something you can't just take her answer at face value, you need to get it in writing. Even then she'll likely change her mind on a whim. She tries to control every single thing the renters do including controlling who can take their jet ski on the lake and who can't as if it's her lake. Most se... Most seasonal campgrounds have the same people year over year. Not this place. Most of the people that came year after year are gone now or are leaving this summer. Turnover is super high and the reason is the owner is impossible to be comfortable with. She shouldn't be in a hospitality business. It's too bad. Used to be a great place to spend a summer.

This is a nice Rv park we stayed a week here. Ann was so accommodating and helpful. I will stay here every time I'm in the area.
