Exactly what I expect from a really good dispersed camping location. Great roads in and out Nice clean vaulted restroom down by the boat landing. Wonderful natural secluded outdoor experience. Enjoyed listening to the owls at night and the loons on the lake in the evening. We also spotted the rare and on the endangered species bumblebees. The wild flowers were incredible, bright, and vibrant. Yes... Exactly what I expect from a really good dispersed camping location. The peace and quiet was so enjoyable and relaxing. We camped there with our larger truck camper and had no problem getting in and out. There was a big pothole on the camping loop, we chose to do a little reverse and not go through it.

Awesome for seclusion, only found 1 site with a fire ring not sure if the other 2 sites have this. Easy to get to and seems less trafficked. No picnic tables as an fyi but nice site overall.

This Superior National Forest rustic campground has three drive-in sites which are suitable for small RVs and tents. There isn't any potable water but there is a vault toilet. There is a boat launch with dock for small boats or canoes. There isn't a fee for using rustic campgrounds and sites are first come first served. All garbage has to be carried out.

Excellent campgrounds, there are a lot of mosquitoes as would be expected. Fire rings and a bathroom. No running water so bring that. Three campgrounds total.
