This was our second stay at West 40 and we were there for 10 days. We're not in their target demographic and I was a little concerned about possible late night noise from the off-roaders. I was pleased that all the nights were quiet. It was a great change of scenery from our travels in Iowa and Missouri. Paul and Chuck are great owner/managers and Casey gave just the right amount of attention... This was our second stay at West 40 and we were there for 10 days. We have already reserved for the same time next year. We even invited friends to join us this year and they loved it too.

I was needing to get away for the weekend and wanted something secluded, but still wanted a working toilet lol. When my friend reached out about his family own campsite I had to check it out. It was literally everything I could have asked for. We were far enough from other campers but within walking distance to a functional bathroom and a 4 min drive to the most beautiful clear beach I’ve ever see... The hospitality was top notch too, because we were a little further away they delivered our ice and wood…not only that but they fogged the area so we could have a big free experience. I can’t tell you how amazing it was to sit out by the fire and not have to fight the Mosquitoes. The experience was beyond expectations and I can’t wait to visit the campsite again. Thank you to all those who made my trip one for the books and I will be recommending this campsite to everyone who is a little bit of a diva like me and needs some of the comforts of home.

This place was super nice. Very accommodating and not intrusive. We had a large group of 7/8 campers and a couple in tents. We had no problems and they kept us together and were there if things were needed. On site so full access at most times. Dog friendly too 🐾♥️

Outstanding accommodations and great prices. Very attentive staff. We were in tents in their back camping grounds, only complaint was that all the trees weren't suitable to my hammock setup, but it was a nice trip and I'd go back!

West Forty holds LGBTQ camping get-togethers! This is unique and awesome in Northern Minnesota. People get together at the pavilion, share stories and conversation by the campfire, and sing along. During the day people connect to enjoy the many activities in the area. There are tent sites here in addition to the RV sites. (This is for all the tent campers wondering.)

We loved the level concrete sites!! The whole RV park was super clean and well maintained! Our shuttle driver was so nice and friendly. He picked us up right at the door to our RV; we told him we wanted to go to the bowling alley and he dropped us off at the closest door! Amazing service!!! We recommend this park to anyone.

Poker room is pretty big. Don’t expect to play 1/2 Texas holdem after 2pm. It’s labeled as a 1/2 but everyone at the table will have $5 chips and it will play a lot like a 2/5. $100 will last you 30 minutes. Their poker room is on the no smoking side fyi.

In 25 years of rv ing i have been to a lot of rv parks. This park at the casino is without a doubt the best by far i have ever seen. It is obvious whoever designed and built the facility knew what they were doing. The management and maintenance of the facility is top notch.

The RV Park is large, quiet, well spaced. The building housing laundry and showers is very large. Spacious areas for each show, extremely clean, well maintained. Friendly concierge with all the great info. A shuttle comes right to your campsite to pick you up and deliver you to the front door of the casino! Then when you cash in you get picked up at the front floor and returned home again. Beautif... The RV Park is large, quiet, well spaced. The building housing laundry and showers is very large. Beautiful casino, very nice staff, helpful. Campground is quiet, there are trains but only 1 blew a horn. Slept very well. Full hookups, water pressure PERFECT! Definitely

Excellent staff from the time we arrived until we left. Security rides through on a regular basis and make us feel safe. To get to the casino just make a phone call and there was a van picking us up before we could turn around. We will be back. Had a great time
