There is no electric hook up or showers. (Which we knew in advanced). So it is a little bit of a rougher camping, however, we didn't mind. There is a dumpster along with recycling options. Definitely another plus! The only downfall is when we arrived the first night someone was on our camping site. It was 10:30 pm and we were tired after driving 5 hours after work. I spoke with a lady, and they don't have a park office, and no one to call for the site. Which is understandable for a smaller campsite. However, the only thing she could offer was another site, and she wanted us to pay a fee to change site grounds. I will say that did upset me due to the fact that it was not our fault someone else had taken our reserved spot. 🙃 I did ask the lady kindly if it was necessary due to this being out of our control. She did get a little bit of an attitude with me in regards to that and said it was policy and put me on hold for 30 minutes while she contacted someone else. (It was late, so maybe that was why) But once she was back, she did end up informing me they would waive the fee. However, during that time, we were able to luckily talk to the person who was at our site, and they were kind enough to be able to resolve the issue, we just had to wait until the next morning. The customer service could have been a little more helpful. Outside of that, it wasn't bad.

Smaller campground in a pine forest, love the smell after it rains. A short walk brings you to the rivers edge and a canoe landing. Love the setting of the campground but would only go back if I could reserve certain sites. The best reservable sites do go early, clearly. The garbage area was kept well organized...recycling etc. The bathroom was clean and mostly bug free. I definitely liked the effort put forth in keeping the grounds in good shape.

Fantastic! Beautiful wooded, quiet setting. Nice large picnic tables. Pick your site carefully because the trail to the toilet is rather round-about from many sites.

Small campground in an old pine forest on the right side of Blure river. Beautiful place, only about 17 campsites. The only problem - almost no bushes, so you are not well separated from other. But if your neighbors are not wild, it is OK :) Several walk-in sites are on the riverbank, and water from pump really good. Sites are flat, private, easy to get in and out of. The bathrooms are less than desirable. There is no electricity at campground at all.
