Great location for easy access to Voyageurs National Park or the Canadian border. Wifi is available near the office. The camp office is not manned. Being next to the highway can be noisy. While there are showers and at a comfortable temperature, they are by no means "clean" as advertised. This was by far the worst campground I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in a tent site right next to someone’s private fence who had a barking dog. The site was so small we were practically on top of the person next door. We showed up and our “fire pit” had partially burned trash and food and was covered in flies. The ring itself had only 1 of 3 legs so it was laying on its side. The bottom was rusted... This was by far the worst campground I’ve ever stayed at. It was completely unusable. One would think that the staff or owners would walk around and inspect the sites and their supposed provided amenities to make sure they are in working order before paying guests arrive. We were absolutely not impressed at all. We ended up showing up late the first night after setting up our tent and then visiting with family. Was awoken at 6 am by all the other campers and their dogs. The next morning we packed up our tent and got out of there to go rent a room because it was so bad. We paid $50 to spend one nights worth of sleep, if you could call it that, and feel our money was completely wasted. The only plus was the convenience of the location. Do not recommend.

I would recommend your campground based on location and a nice layout. However, since I booked four sites, I was very confused as far as your reservation process. I got texts from four different numbers and no one responded other than very short and ambiguous text, except for the last one. As far as the premises is concerned, the seat in the women’s bathroom was disconnected, and there was no toil... I would recommend your campground based on location and a nice layout. As far as the premises is concerned, the seat in the women’s bathroom was disconnected, and there was no toilet paper for the first day. The Restroom and shower facilities we’re definitely in need of substantial repair and updating. The driveway was in need of some grading due to very large potholes, especially on the entrance and exit. Lastly, there was no signage as to where to place garbage and/or recyclables.

We stayed four nights in site 6. The campground was kept mowed and clean, and it was easy to drive into and park with our small rig. The restrooms needed some attention and restocking. There was quite a bit of noise from the highway, and sites are pretty close together, but it was a good base for us to explore Voyageurs National Park.

Close and convenient to Voyageurs National Park Fanny Lake Visitor Center. We stayed in site 14, which sadly backed up to a school district bus depot, so early mornings were louder than desired. The site was clean, pull through, and power/water/sewer hookups were in good repair. The shower and bath house are in need of a complete renovation but they worked.
