Excellent camp site! The washrooms were top notch, large sites and location was central to our needs. For those who enjoy the stars the location on a cleAr night gives a view of the galaxy. The administrators were very thoughtful and offered great tips for newcomers! Would stay here again.

5 star campground. In the area for a fanily reunion, stayed for 4 nights. The only drawback was that the gameroom door was open in the morning and night when we left and returned to the campground. Great place to stay! owners are great! Very happy with the stay. ATV trails are close by. Has a small store onside. Peggy help us when we arrived. We didn’t have a 30AMP adapter and was provided with one to barrow. Very nice bathrooms.

The campground is close to the Munger and Soo line trails, and only a short 40 minute drive to Duluth. Its a great place to ride bicycles or 4 wheelers and side by sides. The owners and managers are the best! I highly recommend Red Fox for people who like to get out on the trails, sit around a fire at night, or be treated like family. There are no snobs, everyone is welcome, but quiet time is expected after 10pm!

Awesome place to camp! There are trails and a boat launch to explore. Nice park and beach. It does kinda wreck it a little where you can't have your generators running after 10pm, but it is quite and peaceful.

Incredible place to camp for only 17 dollars a night. This place is hard to beat since there are 13 + sites, right on the lake. Some of the sites back in the woods are very pretty too. It is, however, primitive camping. There are no hookups , no elec. etc. There will be some generator noise, if you don't like that then this isn't the place for you. Vault toilets are around and garbage dumps... Incredible place to camp for only 17 dollars a night. This place is hard to beat since there are 13 + sites, right on the lake. The Camp ground was great! Everything was in walking distance from our site. The sand at the swim beach was soft. The outhouses where clean. We where not about to catch many fish to windy! There where many places to go and get fire wood. The bugs where not so bad. Over all we had a fantastic time.

Settled just West of Brainerd, it's only minutes north of Pilager on Rock Lake. For $15/night it'll be easy on the wallet while offering a high potential for great summer memories. The campground is set up in two loops, offers a small number of really nice lakeside sites. Some sites are canopied by tall pines while others are in the open or surrounded by prairie grasses. We had site 4, long in depth and lots of shade. They have a number of basic outhouses for bathrooms & waterpumps to get you the basics. The walk towards the beach offers a few places to shore fish, offering up sunnies, blue gills, perch and the occasional bass. There is a public access landing & dock to drop your boat as you approach the beach. The beach area offers lots of picnic tables and benches for hanging out. The beach is well kept allowing for a lot of fun and a cool break from the summer heat. All in all, a nice little campground.
