For those who have served, a wonderful tribute to have this campground available. Everything is very handicap accessible even when you don't have one makes things easier for everyone, beautiful lake, great fishing pier and very clean swimming area. For a nice cold beer, the Cantina is the place to go , set-ups available, great people who work there!! Always a pleasure to look forward to each year... I've been coming here for 20+ years and love it. So much to do - beach, boat/canoe rentals, bands on Saturday evenings. Playgrounds for kids, ballfield and sand volleyball, horse shoe, bags/corn hole, and more. The shower house is well kept. Veterans and their families will love it.

Have been going there for years. In August, our name finally came up for a seasonal spot.

Rules for thee but not for me... parking in open spots next to cabin your not renting; no trailers by cabin even if there is plenty of room. Maybe it was the end of the season but is seems that there are a lot of cranky old people just waiting to complain about something. $200 + per night without shower in cabin seems a bit steep to me. Great lake, marina was ok, boat ramp needs some concrete.

Wonderful place to camp. Very safe and just around the corner from great restaurants, bike and hiking trails, Stillwater, Minneapolis, lakes and more.
