The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because you have to pay for the showers. But we really like the park, it's quiet and spacious. We were able to find a shade tree to put our tents under. There's a pool close by which my kids have loved after riding most of the day on their bikes. Restrooms are clean, Firewood available on site. It would have been nice if there had been a pen to fill out the paperwork to stay. Fortunately we had one back at our site, just had to walk to go get it.

My August 2024 visit to the campground turned out to be an enjoyable event. My prior visit occurred 9 years earlier, in 2015. The community had made upgrades to the camp grounds. Whether tenting or sheltering in something with walls and a roof, the park is inviting in its appearance.

One of my favorites places to camp and it’s fully open! 30 amp service for the RV and PLENTY of spots for tent camping. No reservations required (or even taken). Hot showers (hint: use the showers closest to the middle of the building for more hot water and bring plenty of quarters! -$.50 for 4 min for shower). Great city park... a phenomenal find! $7 per adult and another $3 for electricity per... We had a great time at Wilton Community Campground. The place was clean, will maintained, and great for kids. They have 30a and 110v hookups for campers. Amazingly, despite record rainfall this June, there were almost no mosquitos . The camp grounds keeper/host was top notch . He really showed to care about everyone having a good time and was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely go back .

Great facilities. Super nice place to camp off the trail. Has electric, showers, wood, and laundry! You do have to go up by the library to pay. Will definitely be back.
