I would give zero stars if able. Paid for 1 king bed, was roomed in 1 double bed. Room was absolutely disgusting. Floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. Front desk staff member was rude with attitude. The area was loud all night long, people yelling and pounding on doors. 10/10 do not recommend!

I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, the room was not clean and appeared unsanitary. We observed live roaches, the towels looked visibly dirty, and there was a Fitbit charger left on the bedside table, which raises serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. The non-smoking room also had an unpleasant smell. The hotel did offer to move us to another room, but given the condition of the first room and the clear lack of thorough cleaning, we did not have confidence that another room would be any better. When we raised the issue, management was dismissive and cited a “no refund” policy rather than addressing the sanitation concerns. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to get a good night’s rest, especially if you’re just in town for work, I would strongly advise caution. Expedia ultimately had to relocate us to a different hotel due to the condition of the room. Updated to your response: No need to be sorry, just improve your standards. If cleanliness can’t be guaranteed, a refund should be offered. If only a new room is provided, the manager should give their name so accountability for subpar service is clear.

I stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference. Had little issues. The place is not luxurious but was just what I needed a cheap place to sleep, take a shower and store my stuff. I asked and was told there was none available so I ended up buying a cheap iron and making coffee in the microwave. I was actually amazed that my bed was made everyday, which is a service I have not received in rooms 5X the price. If you just need a place to crash and don't need resort luxury this is perfect.

Then I work from 6-6 so housekeeping is gone when I'm here so I go to front desk to exchange towels he acts disgusted and tells me I need to get them when hskeping is here. It's not like he is doing anything but web surfing . Terrible plus shower curtain was full of mold
