We enjoyed our stay there last weekend in cabin 5. It was a clean and quaint cabin! Staff was very friendly and very informative on all the activities going on for the weekend from painting pumpkins to making tie blankets to hayrides the kids had a blast. It was tricky or treating weekend and almost everyone had their campsites decorated. It was a fun weekend. I would definitely come back. This... We enjoyed our stay there last weekend in cabin 5. We live in our travel trailer and have been to many different campsites. The amenities here are great- pool, washers and dryers. We paid too much for a small site, in my opinion. We have had some of the rudest and noisiest ‘neighbors’ that we have encountered so far. Not the campgrounds fault. But tonight we also received a rude comment from an employee. My fiancé was bringing our 32 gallon trash bin over to the dumpster and an employee said “oh wow” in a very sarcastic tone… not sure what that’s supposed to mean? Otherwise overall I’m sure this would be a great campground for a weekend getaway but wouldn’t recommend longer stays.

The campground itself was alright, the location can be a pain to get into in heavy traffic. My problem was more a staff member. Before arrival I asked about a military discount and was told that they have one. Even have this on a voicemail. She greeted me after about 20 or 30 seconds and then continued using the radio to ask if her phone was in a golf cart. She was very distracted the whole encounter. However when I handed her my veterans id card. She claimed they only give discounts to active duty. Which is fine. However it states that nowhere and I was told of the discount over the phone that was not stated active duty only. She then got an attitude and I just calmly continued with securing the campsite. Then my significant other the next day went in and was ignored by Paige as well as she kept looking for something and talking on the radio. I am not sure if she is a manager or just a staff member. However, I will never return to this location, and almost left this location before even beginning to camp

This campground was great location wise and site layouts. The pool is awesome and huge. 9 feet being the deepest area to 3 feet being shallowest. We parked our camper reverse on the site so we could go awning to awning with our group. Keep in mind sewer is way in the back of sites so may need extra sewer hoses. We did have an issue at the store that happened often. We would go to buy something and... This campground was great location wise and site layouts. We would go to buy something and be left alone for about 10-15 minutes at the store workers ran people to sites and such. Very frustrating, we ended up putting things back and just ran to a gas station nearby. Will I stay again? Maybe if I had to. Campground and pool were great. Just had issues with staff the whole time we stayed.

This actually a campground, so the questions about rooms, etc are not applicable. When we visited, there was construction on HWY 169 and there was no advance warning or instructions provided. The person at the front desk said to take the Berkshire Rd detour, and then told us "right and then right, and over the bridge and right". The person at the front desk said to take the Berkshire Rd detour, and then told us "right and then right, and over the bridge and right". He said the owner had put up signs...we eventually saw them...they had the KOA logo printed on 8.5 by 11 inch paper and were located low on the existing street signs. Hard to see when you are driving a 50 foot long RV/towed vehicle. Once we got to the campground, we were surrounded by a myriad of sights. Long term campers on the right side in various states of repair/upkeep. Then we had to weave our way through tent sites and fifth wheel pull throughs until we get to where our site was. Sites were cramped and not very level, and our picnic table/fire pit were not usable because of close proximity to our RV and the adjacent site. When it came time to leave, we realized we could not pull through and instead had to back up onto the access road. There is absolutely no reliable wi-fi signal anywhere on the premises. Overall, a very bad experience and not worth the $70 a night that you have to pay to stay there. This is, by far the worst KOA that we have stayed at to date!
