Camden State Park is one of my absolute favorite State Parks in Minnesota. I think it's shocking that it's not busier and more popular! Hiking club trail is just right with some small up and down hills and great views (in the woods and prarie). They have an extremely nice swimming area with very clear water near the lower campground. We're staying at the upper campground and the spaces are a little more private up there. Lower campground has spots very close together. Rangers at the station were very nice and got us checked in quick. Only downside I would say is at the dump, only one water fill station for two separate campgrounds.
