This park was a 2-day stopover for us. Our spot was nestled in tall pines full service site with a concrete pad. The permanent picnic table was very stable with a nice wood top. The sights were far enough apart to give privacy. With plenty of access to the lake. In mid-January it was less than a quarter full so it made it very relaxing before we moved on.

Beautiful state of Mississippi campground. Just renovated. New paved camp sites, some with a fenced in patio. Gorgeous views and very well maintained. Large disc golf course & picnic grounds. Full hookups. Highly recommend.

Just came back from this park. The only reason I give it a 4 is that they are doing renos. The store, splash pad and the bathroom nearest to our campsite(50) was closed. All of the campsites were repaved - very large with lots of room. Water pressure was great and hookups stable. We also went canoeing with black creek rentals just down the street. We had a great view of the lake. This place must have been recently renovated. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Update: They are moving along with the renovations and upgrades. Looking forward to the June 25the opening. Cant wait to see it all complete and begin my Summer Days on the Lake. I have been coming here since my toddler years. This is full ofmy childhood memories. I come as often as possible. It's beautiful. And they are getting ready to do some upgrades, super excited.
