This place is a dump! A complete rip off!!! We have a 34’ fifth wheel and would not have been able to get in or turn around. It’s on a gravel river road. Not a clean place to camp. Scary… even! Called them twice and they never return phone calls. They just took our money online. We booked because of good reviews and misleading pictures. We had to leave after driving all the way there and go to Fi... This place is a dump! A complete rip off!!! We have a 34’ fifth wheel and would not have been able to get in or turn around. The cool thing about this place is the live music, food trucks, and tent camping spots. What really make the experience extra special is the service. One person specifically and that's Reed. He went out of his way to make sure my tent camping spot was comfortable. The place was packed so I had to book a RV spot. Since I was bike packing the Katy the mileage works out to stay at Cooper's. Since I was bike packing the Katy the mileage works out to stay at Cooper's. Reed even went out of his way to set up a tarp to block the bright pole light (couldn't turn it off) from shining in my tent all night. I mean, who does that? Reed does and did it with a cheerful heart and attitude. He also made sure I had firewood and a fire pit. Thanks again Reed for another amazing experience at Cooper's Landing. Reed gets 10 stars!

I absolutely love this place! The new improvements to the campsites have made it even better everything feels fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated. My favorite part is how peaceful it always is, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a great book. At dusk, the vibe shifts beautifully; sometimes there’s live music that adds just the right amount of energy without ever feeling overwhelming. What I really adore is the easy access to the water. If you climb past a couple of rocks, you can safely refresh yourself in the river, which feels incredibly rejuvenating. It’s such a wonderful balance of calm and connection with nature. Whether you’re there to relax or soak up a little social atmosphere, Cooper’s Landing truly delivers.

This isn't an RV resort or a marina really. The owner seems to be suffering from an identity crisis. At best it's a live music venue on the river. If you're a camper look for standard amenities this place is not for you. A handful of tiny sites with varying levels of power and water. The only bathrooms are a row of porta potties. There are no indoor restrooms or showers. Very much overpriced at $6... This isn't an RV resort or a marina really. The owner seems to be suffering from an identity crisis. This is a beautiful location, it sits right on the river, the music can be absolutely wonderful. The barbecue food truck we ate at was five star. I just loved this place and I took a toddler. There was a sand area with a small place up for her. We really enjoyed our experience.
