The water at the outside faucet would not shut off. They came to fix it, but did not make sure the heat was still turned on, on the hose. Hose and pipes froze up and broke my line. Finally get water lines unfrozen and then notify them of all the frozen water in the neighbor's yard. They shutoff the water and don't even notify me. They message me and just tell me it will have to wait until tom... The water at the outside faucet would not shut off. They message me and just tell me it will have to wait until tomorrow. Then don't take blame for the busted line. She then blocks me from responding to her. Not happy at all! Water frozen up again. Had everything going before they turned the water off yesterday.

My husband and I stopped overnight as we traveled through town. We have a 44’ camper. We reserved site #14 online which stated would accommodate our camper. Even though the length of the site was as stated, it was not ideal. The site was not level, so much so that our camper could not be leveled because of the difference in incline from front to back. Customer service was great and the check in and out process was simple. The campground is right next to the interstate, so expect traffic noise for sure.
