I was charged $25 when I booked online for us to select our own site of which the site did not allow me to pick our own site. When we showed up at the resort, the staff in the office was not very friendly or welcoming. After I brought up the $25 charge she did reimburse that back to us and we stayed in the site that they assigned to us originally. The resort was predominantly full-time residence. As you can see in the attached photos when we got to our site the concrete pad was cracked in the middle and sinking in words and was missing concrete on one of the corners. Our picnic table one of the boards was missing wood at both ends. Our dog was attacked twice by two full-time campers. One attack was very viciously. I would not recommend this campground for traveling vacationers.

We stayed here for 6 days in November 2023 and enjoyed our stay. The campground is no frills but reasonably priced. Additional gravel would be good in some places and some of the older laundry machines could use upgrades. A playground would be a nice addition.

We called ahead and talked to Kathy, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Getting there in a big class A was no problem. Checking was quick, pull through sites were available but we chose to backin, not tight, plenty of room. 50 amp service. We stayed one night, went to downtown Branson and had a great time. We will Def be back, thank you.

It's an older park but a great value. Nice and close to downtown Branson. Affordable laundry room and nice showers. Staff were very helpful.
