I’m reminded of the T shirt that says “God bless America but mostly Missouri. God has definitely blessed this park. It is a hiking an and trout fishing Mecca complete with a hatchery and plenty of fish cleaning stations. So beautiful and magnificent.

My fav trout park in MO. Not as crazy as Bennett. Easy access to fishing. Nice places to fish. The lodge store and restaurant are always fun. Great family time. Tip: if you want to learn how to catch a trout go to the lodge and ask the guys and gals there. Or if you are really a newbie just buy the “Montauk special” lure and you should have good luck.

I love that they always have evening learning events for people that are also fun! This time was a grave yard tour that was interesting. The park is always well kept. Fishing is great and the lodge's ice cream is always a must!

Fishing wasn’t the best this year but it was still a great trip. They’ve done an excellent job of getting it back together after the flooding and I cant wait to see what it looks like next year. As always, 5 stars.
