Closure Notice: Due to flooding along the Yellowstone River, the BLM's Carbella Recreation Site has been temporarily closed. The Campground will remain closed until the river drops to safer levels.    This fishing access site is located along the scenic upper Yellowstone River approximately 20 miles north of Yellowstone National Park.   Facilities: Boat Ramp, Restrooms, Parking Area, Picnic Tables, Grills.
