This was such a 10/10 campsite. The host kept up on the outhouses SO much throughout the day for each day we stayed. Toilets stayed clean and trash was changed about 5 times throughout the day. For being labor day weekend and the host kept it up as well as they did I was super impressed. Right next to the creek and a short walk from the lake. Gorgeous place and surprisingly very few bugs.

Location is nestled at base of beartooth mountains and is convenient for a stopping off point before jumping into northeast Yellowstone but long stays would be limiting with activities. Red lodge is near but there are closer options. Lake is not designed for good fishing rather scenery. Campsites are nice but camp attendant was hopped up on something or just anger issues.
