Red Meadow Lake is absolutely breath taking. It takes a while to get to and the dirt road is pretty rough, but totally worth the trip. The lake is gorgeous, with clear water and a healthy population of Grayling. Can’t wait to come back again and keep exploring.

Very few spots but a great area. Bearproof food boxes and vault toilet available.

Lovely campground but the mosquitoes and horse flies literally chased us out and almost used a whole can of bug spray. Our poor dogs got ate up. Yet, they enjoyed swimming! A lot of people fly fishing and floating on their boards.

We didn't camp but drove through, picnicked and enjoyed the views. Long dusty bumpy roads but great to be away from the crowds.
