Great place for a family fishing outing. Its a little bit of a walk to the river but there is a creek that runs through that has pretty easy access.

I just wished they'd mow a path at least once a season for a little bit more carefree hiking.

Extremely primitive. It was a beautiful spot for an overnight stay. Bring bug spray but little else. You must carry everything you need down to the camp sites, so pack light or prepare to make several trips. Gravel roads leading to the road to the camp. The road to the camp is dirt and full of large pot holes. There is no amenities at all except a bench to sit on. It was exactly what we were look... Extremely primitive.
