Great campground, first time I stayed here there was not another soul in sight. Kinda expensive if you're from outta state, but that goes for the whole state. Kinda expensive if you're from outta state, but that goes for the whole state. Peaceful, plenty of bathrooms, and there's a lake right there. McCook is right down the road, and has lots of stuff to do and plenty of places to eat. First time I stayed here it was 104⁰ F out, and we had a tent. Since it was so hot, a fire started and we had to evacuate. The firefighters let us gather up our stuff and get out, since we were in town. We didn't lose anything, luckily, but the next time we stayed there, you could see where the fire burned from our campsite. That was pretty insane. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because 1. It's a bit expensive if you have more than one car 2. If you actually do need something, the campground host is almost never there. Their camper is there, but their car is never there. Only time I saw them was during the fire. TLDR; great campground, great area, great firefighters, kinda pricey for out of state, don't stay here when it's hot, get a hotel.

Would not recommend for out of state visitors. Not worth to price for the services. Campground it's self is okay. Gravel roads and turf spaces, decent size.
