Don't miss the historic ranch house, once owned by Howard Hughes, which is open for tours and has a small gift shop. Very peaceful and tranquil for a lovely afternoon visit.

The scenery is unmatched. You see so many different landscapes its almost like your in a different area for all of them. The history here is educational and the ranch house is beautiful. Learning about the Pahrump Pooling fish was also something I was not expecting. Can't wait to go back.

This place is such a hidden gem! Awesome place with plenty to explore! The hikes are very well laid out, not too hard. Green grass picnic area with tables to chill at for a perfect weather day. They do have a gift shop with a small selection of snacks. Plenty of parking as well. It’s $10 for Nevada residents per 1 vehicle. Bathrooms are on site as well!

Definitely worth the $10 to get in. Lots of hiking with great views and grass you could lay in or have a picnic. The ranch house is filled with cool tidbits, and if you catch a tour you get a ton of info about the area. Plus, like, who doesn't like to see some cows? Always try to get here a couple times a year.

Such a beautiful place that's so close to Las Vegas. It's like a different world! It's not too far away, but it doesn't feel like Vegas! It's cooler, quieter and darker than places farther away! It's a must visit for sky watching or to see live theater!
