This public access point to the Waits River by the Vermont Department of Fish & Wildlife is mucky, muddy, and turbid.  Next to the gloopy boat launch (if you can call it that), there is a mowed area where you can camp.  There is a dock.  I would put a canoe, kayak or paddleboard in there, but no way would I put a motor boat in there (maybe an aluminum row boat with a motor you could put in place o... This public access point to the Waits River by the Vermont Department of Fish & Wildlife is mucky, muddy, and turbid.  Next to the gloopy boat launch (if you can call it that), there is a mowed area where you can camp.  There is a dock.  I would put a canoe, kayak or paddleboard in there, but no way would I put a motor boat in there (maybe an aluminum row boat with a motor you could put in place once you are on the water). If you are planning to camp there, you should contact the Bradford Conservation Commission before you do so the police don't swing by and interrogate you. (Reportedly, toilets are available at the golf clubhouse for those who are camping out).
