We tent camped here over the weekend and had an awesome time! Don’t let the negative reviews scare you off — this place is easy to book, beautiful, and super low key. If you’re a responsible group that can respect quiet hours, you’ll have no issues. We stayed at site 42 which is peaceful being right on the little river, and it was such a bonus having a little on-site store with firewood, coffee, and ice. The pizzeria on property was excellent — perfect for a laid-back dinner after a long day outside. Free hot showers were another big plus! There’s minimal supervision, which we actually liked because it made things feel relaxed and self-sufficient. Overall, it’s a great spot for chill, respectful campers. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed two nights at Riverside site 35 and 36 gorgeous views love the sound of the water. Perfect location between Mount Washington for climbing and adventures and Bethlehem for restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

No internet, many rules but don't seem to be enforced. We bought a quiet generator for making coffee and electric heat and couldn't use it. I informed the campground, in advance, that I would need to cancel the second night. I also asked if it would be possible to charge my electric vehicle at my campsite, which had electric. I told them that if I could not do so I would need to cancel the trip. I never heard back from them. Closer to the date of the reservation I contacted them again, through email, and had no response. I then called, several times, and there was no answer. I wrote asking for a refund and, again, have not heard from them.

Lovely campground, lovely setting, rustic. Staff was nice but not always available. Was not a fan of the pizza at the restaurant. No laundry facility available.
