Very tight sites they packed in as many as they can get. And I'm sorry camping like that with your neighbor right on top of you is not camping to me. Staff members were all excellent, friendly, courteous, helpful. But for the prices Sun outdoors charges offseason in the middle of the week, that cabin should have been immaculate, with a free dinner.

My family and I had a great experience at this campground. Our site had plenty of space and was right next to pool and bathroom. The location is great, not a far drive from cape may and wildwood. The pool was clean and water was warm, hot tub was hot. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The store was reasonably priced. My only complaint, The bathroom was a bit hot and could have used a little... My family and I had a great experience at this campground. Would definitely return again

As you get further I to the campground you can see a slight difference from the front entrance as far as the grounds go, but with time we have faith! We’ll see you again next year!

We did a last minute weekend RV trip as a family of 5 (plus one dog). We did a last minute weekend RV trip as a family of 5 (plus one dog). I found this location after having stayed at a Sun Outdoors in Moab Utah (during a cross country RV trip in August), so figured we'd give it a shot. This property was formerly a private RV resort and it appears many of the long term and seasonal individuals stayed. The further back you go into the resort, the more long term seasonal residents. The campers on either side of us were not seasonal but had stayed there often. The staff and other campers were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful ( our neighbor, helped direct us during the back in and had an extra 30 amp extension cord so we could plug in). There was a nice pool, playgrounds, dog areas. Bathrooms and laundry areas were well maintained. This facility does have gold cart rentals, and reportedly bikes and kayaks (though we didn't see the latter). The shop has enough toeet basic needs plus wood, ice, and there was an ice cream parlor. Having stayed frequently in Cape May County- all of the RV resorts are on RT 9 or further. There are no near beach resorts as far as I am aware and I've been going down that way for 30 years now, so as far as location, this is about as close as you can get to the shore towns (Wildwoods down Route 47). My only complaint would be the physical site dimensions. They are all back-in sites and they are tight (in relation to the concrete pad). We backed in at night, in the dark, and getting close to the utilities was difficult. Some sites had other arrangements but be prepared for an extension for both your power cord and hose hookups. Additionally, streets can be narrow especially with other cars parked in the road. A pleasant surprise was the various daily activities. On Saturday there was birdhouse building (and painting), horse and pony rides, and at night there was candy bingo (some, such as a the birdhouse building had a small additional price for the kits), but my kids and I really enjoyed this, and it stood out from almost every other property we stayed at this year. Price is on par with other similar locations nearby (we checked) if not a little on the higher end, though, I would say, for the location, staff, facilities, and activities, the premium price is worth it. So overall: nice amenities, kid and pet friendly, and with close to access to wildwood... This is a must stay for your next camping function. There are tent and cabin accommodations also available for rent. RV parking in Wildwood: as a side note- we drove our RV and did not tow or have another car or vehicle with us. Be aware- Wildwood is NOT RV friendly. You are banned from on street parking and there are few (if not specifically 0) lots that cater to larger vehicles. City lots will not accommodate. Though in my research, some private lots may accommodate with a few (though not sure which ones). I did research in advance for others in similar situations and ultimately came up with parking at the Morey's Pier lot. It's a covered lot with app pay. We went on a weekend after labor day, and the lot was half empty when we went so we utilized a double space (RV length). This was a solution, though not sure if it would work during peak season crowds. Happy camping!
