The Mountainair Ranger District is located southeast of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The District is comprised of two divisions: The Gallinas and the Manzanos.The District has many recreational opportunities, including camping, hiking, picnicking. It also is home to the Manzano Wilderness Area.
