Great place to stay! Small town but the area is pretty. The laundry room was clean and super cute. The lots are very spacious. Not too close to the neighbors. Very friendly people that stay there as well as the workers there are awesome and so helpful. Would definitely stay here if in the area again.

We were on a long journey through New Mexico and were grateful to find this spot in Estancia, where we found electricity for our van, showers, laundry, close access to the resources of the town, and kindness from the onsite staff. We would come again should we pass through this area on another journey. Thank you!

Manager Georgiana was so nice and accommodating. Park is clean and quiet. There is a dog park and laundromat. Post office is a block away. Wifi worked great from our site. Would recommend and stay again when in the area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I absolutely loved staying here. All my neighbors are getting ready for Christmas and so is the staff. The manager was always available during my stay and helped me with anything I needed. They have a new dog run that was just installed and it worked out great for my 2 big boys. Overall would recommended all my friends to stay here whenever we are around this area.

The place is good. Organized. Just be careful with the energy bill. From one month to the next without having changed anything in my RV, using more gas than electricity. One month I paid $133 and the next $200. I asked for the readings and they just sent me a text message with the numbers and never proved it to me. I took a picture of my meter and they said it is not measured there, but somewhere... The place is good. Organized. Just be careful with the energy bill. I took a picture of my meter and they said it is not measured there, but somewhere else that I can't see. It was more expensive than my two bedroom apartment. I am disappointed. Update I talk to some friends about the energy. All they said me in another camps is not even close they pay that. I have an 30amp rv.
