Our daughter and husband lived here for 5 years as did my wife and I for 3 1/2 years. It is a quiet, peaceful place to live. Both managements teams, have taken very good care of the park during summer and winter. Our needs and requests were always cared for promptly. The space we rented had a beautiful tree which shaded our 16x76 home. Other sections of the park have mature trees which provide sh... The space we rented had a beautiful tree which shaded our 16x76 home. Other sections of the park have mature trees which provide shade and beauty. We would recommend this park to any who are looking for reasonably priced place to live in their mobile home.

I work on the road. Stayed at many RV parks. Even been to this one before but now it’s a full on joke. I feel sad for the lady running it cause she has tried everything to make it right. Day after I paid for next month rent, I found out I was to move to another project. 2 days I paid for 1 month. No refund and still haven’t received my deposit. Been going on now for 2 months. Never again staying t... I work on the road. Stayed at many RV parks. Even been to this one before but now it’s a full on joke. Rent went up and for the price it's almost not worth it smells like sewer it's mostly dead grass and dirt and not mowed enough they don't water what needs water after saying they will not supposed to have dogs barking 24/7and play loud music but it happens every day

They dont take care of this park as well as they used to i heard they dont want to pay the young man to go around and fix things anymore so that has got be most of it witch is to bad he was doing a great job the rent seams to be getting later and later in the month witch is hard to manage bill pay
