Rooms are very well priced, I'll be staying here again next time I roll through!

Rolled in to Santa Rosa pretty late tonight due to one of our tires blowing on I40. Had to pivot quickly due to the owner of another rv lot being incredibly hostile and aggressive with us due to a simple card malfunction (mine had gotten lost earlier that morning, so I did what any responsible person would do and locked it, ordered a replacement, and requested a digital card from my bank) and we were aggressively turned away while being accused of stealing our own bank cards there after an evening of stress. Found La Loma on Google maps and headed there after seeing Love's was full too. The man at the front desk was very cordial and helpful even at the later hour, and our full hookup spot was only 35$! Paid with no issue on the same bank account (I should know, I've owned the account for 13 years). I'm so thankful we found this place, it may be older and a little dated, but the hookups are functional and definitely feels like a time capsule on Route 66. Will definitely recommend to other travelers!

I stayed at the RV park for 2 months, then in one of the rooms for about a month. His rates are reasonable, the motel is old, but well kept. It's also walking distance from the restaurant I liked.

On a MC trip to Ohio from Southern NM, & back. On a budget, so we were looking for a last minute budget friendly, and MC friendly stop. This was EXACTLY what we were looking for, only better. This was EXACTLY what we were looking for, only better. Eddie the Proprietor is a genuine hoot. We stayed in the "Honeymoon" Suite. Probably pretty much the same as the other rooms I'd bet, only, a single King Size bed. Non-Smoking was a must for us. Room was spotless. Bathroom was just about the cleanest of any hotel I've stayed at. Hot shower, oatmeal bath bar provided, but no shampoo. Bed, in my opinion, was possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a motel. NO fridge, NO ice machine, NO Coffee, NO FRILLS, NO free breakfast, (there is no such thing as a free lunch, BTW) but at the extremely low price? Clean, Safe, Comfortable, and Friendly? THE BEST. We left Eddie, (who cleans the rooms himself) a $20 tip, both directions, (more than a third of what the room cost us BTW) as we liked this motel so much, we stayed on our way back home also. Decor is Mid-Century kitsch, but fresh, not old and broken down. Easy in and out parking, right in front of your room, (safe storage for our HD MCs, where we could keep an eye on them), A/C worked great. If you are expecting: a Pool & Spa, with Rec-Room, (so-called) Free Breakfast, Golf Course, Room Service, and (so-called) Free Coffee.... You need to go somewhere else, you won't find any of that stuff here. What you will find is friendly warm service, a hot shower, a clean and comfortable, (dated), room, a halfway decent Burger-Pizza-Mexican Restaurant / Bar right next door. Order American there, the Mexican isn't very good, Pizza was great. (but that is another review) We WILL stay here again, and highly recommend it for the budget minded traveler.
