Cuba is popular during peak season. Reserve 2-4 weeks in advance for weekends and holidays.
Most parks have check-in after 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Call ahead if you'll arrive late.
New Mexico weather can change quickly. Pack layers and check the forecast for Cuba.
Don't miss local attractions near Cuba. Ask the camp host for hidden gems and trails.

Theresa's RV Park is very small but very accommodating. Mostly long term but our site for 2 nights was an easy pull thru with full hookups. Electric box was brand new and everything worked perfectly. The highlight of the stay was Theresa herself! You won't find a more perfect host anywhere! Hope we get back to see her again in the future. She definitely made our list of wonderful travel memories ❤... Theresa's RV Park is very small but very accommodating. Good old fashioned service. Teresa was a great host and there was great coffee over the road for the next days travels.

Theresa was an angel for us when we broke down on the side of the road in Cuba. She took us in last minute and gave us a place to stay before we got towed the next morning. She was a gem and I would highly recommend staying here.

We dropped in after dismissing dispersed sites up the road due to terrible ruts. Great spots but the Forest Service roads had been hammered by recent monsoons. We discovered Theresa’s using Google Maps and figured we couldn’t go wrong at $30 a night. She greeted us warmly with a great sense of humor and wonderful wit. She greeted us warmly with a great sense of humor and wonderful wit. Her little RV Park is not a fully loaded KOA Journey but if you want water, 50/30/20 hookups and sewer on a level plot, Theresa can accommodate with back-in or pull through. Just give her a chance, it’s worth the effort. The highway is near so you do hear some traffic and Jake brakes up until 11:00 pm and the noise diminishes as the traffic does. Electric power is stable, water pressure good and you’ve got a reasonable amount of room with your slides out next to your neighbor. We stayed two nights and would happily stay here again.
