Sundowner Mobile Home & RV Park

I stayed here for 4 months for work. This is a really nice Park and it is well maintained. They have High fences all the way around and it’s quiet. They do not have a bathhouse or restrooms cause this is mostly house trailers with a few camper spots, so if you are In need of that this would not be the place for you, great for long-term though. They have a really nice sitting area, gym and laundry... I stayed here for 4 months for work. This is a really nice Park and it is well maintained. They have a really nice sitting area, gym and laundry area. The front desk was very helpful and always answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Greatest cleanest nicest trailer and RV park in Farmington!!! RV Space's are spacious. office employees and landlord are thee GREATEST AND FRIENDLYEST.... Neighbors are great and friendly. When we showed up in the may we had countless BBQs wit our neighbors just shows how friendly of a kinda gated neighborhood this is. Also there is a on site laundry mat and gym there's also a game room with pool... Greatest cleanest nicest trailer and RV park in Farmington!!! I’m a travel RN and needed a nice, safe place for 3-6 months. I really loved this park and wanted to stay at this wonderful place, but alas it was not to be, I have a small service dog. I still wanted to review it. The wonderful young lady that ansered my call was so amazing. She was so friendly and compassionate. She was looking up other RV places and even prices for me.
