Located overlooking the Eagle Nest valley and up against the mountain. Views were fantastic. The park is very well laid out with exceptionally generous space between sites. All are concrete pad with ample room for 40' 5th wheel camper and F350 truck. New Mexico highway department was working on roads so access was impacted by construction, but not the fault of the resort. Access to Angle Fire is via a narrow two lane winding road. It can be a bit of white knuckle driving, but doable, just take it easy. The service rating is based on issues connecting to internet. This was reported to the office, who took down my info and was going to report to their IT. Never heard back from them. Given the expense of this rv resort, the service in this respect was disappointing. If again in the Angle Fire area I would check other options before booking again.

Grounds are landscaped very nicely and well maintained. Event and welcome centers are very nice. We really enjoyed hanging out on the covered patio of the event center, by the fire. Available resort activities were entertaining. While we were there, they had live music several nights, wine tasting, s’mores, waffles delivered to your site on weekends and some other activities. Campsites have concrete pads that are reasonably level. Utilities all worked as expected. We did not use the WiFi. Each site has a decent amount of space separating them and they are nicely landscaped. The picnic tables are very nice as compared to most campsites. Interactions with employees was ok During the time we were there, we encountered some that were quite friendly, some that were just ok and two who had an open conversation in front of us, heavily criticizing their employer. While we would absolutely return for this resort, I don’t know if we would return for the area. The area is quite scenic, but there is not a lot to do outside of the resort. This does not factor into my ratings since the resort cannot control it, but if you are arriving in October 2025 you need to pack your patience due to extensive road construction in the area. Honestly, it was quite frustrating having to deal with long delays every time we left or returned to the resort. On the worst day, we sat at the exit point for over 40 minutes awaiting a pilot car that would allow us to depart.

We stayed in a cabin here and loved it. The cabins were so cute and fit our family of 6 great. The location was close to the ski resort and fun.

Fast Wi-Fi, clean and well-kept spots, and easy pull-through access made everything super convenient. This place truly has it all — can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful RV Resort. Friendly staff. Clean and beautifully manicured grounds. Clean bathrooms and laundry facilities. Huge dog park. Yummy waffles delivered to your door. Quiet. The only negative for us was, the jacuzzi is always filled with kids and teenagers.

We stayed here for 5 nights last week, and have zero complaints. We stayed in a pull through site in the first row… technically not far from our neighbors but spaced in such a way that we weren’t close. ( back to front). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grounds were pleasant to walk including the dog trails ( no pet). Did not use bathroom or laundry. Would go back.

Great RV Park. One of the nicest I have visited. Top 5% of easily over a hundred locations I've hit in the last few years. Love the good number of pull through spots, it's quiet, clean and very pretty. The staff are exceptional and considerably nicer than most. Top 1% score for them.

Multiple places on the internet says you can pay a small fee for a shower. Nope, rude and absolutely cant use their showers without a campsite. Wanted $39 per person to just use shower.

The site was not level, so only a three, easy in and out. Bath/shower house was clean. Laundry room was clean. We would stay again.
