Stayed here 5 years ago and it was pretty rundown...the years haven't been kind. Long term guests are a huge problem here!! Garbage stacked around RV's that will never move again...laundry hanging on lines strung between trailers... When some idiot is digging a trench to dump his Grey tank, IN THE RV PARK!! That's a good indicator of what you'll deal with here!!

Solid place. They've handled phone calls about availability better than the other parks each time I call. Good location by shops, The Roasted Chicken for coffee/ meals, grocery stores & some truck stops. Pick em and leave a good review where it's due. I see em workin hard out here!

Very unsafe. Stabbing and men getting shot are common here. The hotel needs to be repaired and fixed. I would suggest turning it into a retro themed hotel... if not I would get rid of it and just focus on the rv park alone. Make a walking tail around it. Put up a proper fence maybe a cactus yrail in the middle to be appealing.

We stayed one night at the RV park with our 3 grandkids, which is a separate area from the hotel. RV park is definitely older but kept up with full hookups & quiet. Can't beat the price under $40. Hotel attached to it is old & slightly run down. Manager was very upfront about my concerns and professional. I would stay here again
