I went here as a kid and as a counselor. Now a volunteer 🙋‍♀️ for SOCA! Swimming, boating, archery, hiking, star gazing, climbing/zip line, and exploring. Camp songs and grace before each meal is made to be as non-denominational as possible. Replacing words to honor the cooks is a wonderful touch. It is LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive of every individual. Anyone can feel at home in the spider dome... I went here as a kid and as a counselor. Now a volunteer 🙋‍♀️ for SOCA! It is wonderful to see the marks of those over the years. Traditions and stories continue to be passed on for the 2nd oldest Girl Scout camp- longest running.

We have sent our daughter to camp over the summer at this place for several years now, and she absolutely loves it here! The activities are varied each day and always in a group setting. She comes home quite often telling us about how much fun she had. Her favorite thing though is the food, she raves about it! Fun place for our child and I feel safe sending her here for the day.

Amazing place where young girls can learn many skills and lessons. I have many find memories there as a child and now enjoy going their with daughter. It would be a disgrace if GSHPA were to shut this camp down. They instead should be investing in the upkeep of the camp infrastructure and promoting its use.
