Irvin Campsite

The best RV camp i've visited so far :D We came @12am, it was already late and there wasn't anyone up to check us in, but there was a board which listed the available areas for us to go to and check in the morning instead! (: Wonderful management and site services are good. The cell/wifi reception is amazing and it was fairly quiet at night. Only the occasional faint sound of a train passing by.... Nothing too loud or overly intrusive! The view was SUUUPER as well!!! >ㅁ

Great service. Full hookups. Lovely views. Showers and bathrooms were sparkling clean. The laundry was pricey, not as advertised $4-6 a load, not $1-2. The free showers made up for it just be ready to hit the button every 30 sec to keep it going. The dryers are not even temp, the one on lower right has best high heat. The wifi is not as advertised, not high speed. More like spotty at best.... Great service. Full hookups. Lovely views. Showers and bathrooms were sparkling clean. It offers full hookups, pull-through sites, tenting areas, and solid Wi-Fi (including Starlink). The lots are spacious and quiet, with mountain views and walking trails nearby. There’s a dog run, laundry, showers, and a small office with friendly staff. It’s not fancy, but it’s reliable, respectful, and well-maintained — great for families, caravans, and solo travellers.

We stayed here for three nights and would definitely come back again. Easy to find and super friendly customer service, very willing to accommodate us. The campground is surrounded by mountains which makes for wonderful views, sunrises and sunsets. There’s also a beautifully well-kept mowed path in the woods behind the campground where you can walk your dog. We came to Valemount to ride the bike p... We stayed here for three nights and would definitely come back again. Easy to find and super friendly customer service, very willing to accommodate us. There’s also a beautifully well-kept mowed path in the woods behind the campground where you can walk your dog. We came to Valemount to ride the bike park so our favourite highlight was discovering nearby trails that we can ride to and from the bike park right from our camper. The only issue I had during our stay is that there was a camper close to us that had a little barking dog. The dog barked at everything and everyone and it was extremely disruptive when trying to sit outside and relax with some peace and quiet. I’m surprised the dog was allowed to bark like this as it is our experience that most campgrounds have dog barking rules. Please don’t say “dogs bark” as I know this. I’ve had dogs most of my life. To allow a dog to bark like this is extremely disruptive. After all, it’s one of the reasons why we camp - to escape the daily noise of life and get some peace and quiet, right? However, even though this was very disturbing for me, all the other experiences of camping here were great and the atmosphere is very friendly. Clean sites and good wifi. It is my hope that the owners read this review and put in some sort of barking dog rule so when we come back again, we can have peace on top of all the other wonderful things we enjoyed about this place.
