I've had a seasonal trailer for 4 years now and a dock with my boat.i really like it there four having some drinks by a fire and fishing.nice people and nice staff.the down fall is fees gone up every year and some golf cart fee I think 75 dollars just to have a golf every year.if the fees go up every year eventually I won't be able to keep staying. Other than that I love it here lots of amenities.

We stayed in the park for four years in a park model, and while we did enjoy many aspects of our time there, there are several issues future residents should be aware of. Despite paying over $5,000 a year in fees, very little—if any—of that money appears to go back into maintaining or improving the park. The water is not drinkable, and the sites become mud pits in both spring and fall. Management... The water is not drinkable, and the sites become mud pits in both spring and fall. Management is largely disengaged and seems to be simply riding out retirement rather than actively caring for the property or residents. Additionally, be aware that the river often floods in the spring, which has caused damage to multiple sites. If you decide to leave, expect to be charged another $5,000 for a transfer fee, which felt like a cash grab. Overall, we recommend proceeding with caution.

Very nice place. Management is super helpful. The park is spotless and right on the river. Stores are only an 8 minute drive in either direction. The site has lots of activities and things going on, too.
