After the season we wanted to resell the trailer, which could only be done through them, only having had it for 3 months. They told us the trailer wasn’t a fit for their park and we had 7 days to remove it. We were totally scammed by them!! They are never in the office and hide behind their keyboard whenever they feel like responding! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!!

This campground is "big rig scarey" not "big rig friendly". Narrow hairpin turns coming in from town, single lane bridge to cross, and then sharp turn into campground. The site we were assigned to had low hanging branches made it impossible to get our fifth wheel into that site. We appreciate campground staff allowing us to move to a different site. Hookups were convenient and good water pressure... This campground is "big rig scarey" not "big rig friendly". Wow! What an amazing little park. We stayed for a month in a rental trailer and had a fantastic experience. The park is kept absolutely beautiful by the maintenance crew (Terry and Steve). They were always there if we had any sort of questions or ran into something that needed to be addressed. Tasha and Bella at the office were always so accommodating and kind and went above and beyond for our fam... Wow! What an amazing little park. Often times Noone around. Wasn't able to get wifi easily...pool appeared closed when it was in fact open. Not great value for money. I near by campgeound Shangi-la appeared to have more amenities and is is $20 a night for a tent site versus $45. When someone is there very nice people but seems really understaffed for price.
