Excellent. Pick any site you won’t be disappointed. Some prime sites are definitely better with sunset and Mountain views. Head over to Camp Plymouth state park for pedal, paddle boarding, kayaking or for day use. Visit President Coolidge’s birth place and the cemetery nearby. John Coolidge the president’s father started Plymouth cheese, visit the cheese making site if/when you are there.

Very nice campground, the road getting in is narrow and curvy. We stayed in tent site 24, neighbors before our site was a good distance. No other neighbors. The only disappointment was our site was on a long hill. Every time we went down to the bathroom. It was quite a workout to get back to the site. We are in our 60's and out of shape. I liked site 6 and 16.

We stayed late in the season around Indigenous Peoples Day. Our site was fairly close to 4 others but luckily only 2 sites had campers even though the park was fully booked. We liked the hiking options and went for two different walks. There was a band at the amphitheater one night but we stayed at the trailer because it was cold. For a close touristy experience try going to Plymouth Cheese... We stayed late in the season around Indigenous Peoples Day. This was an affordable and convenient place to stay for the race weekend at Killington. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The camp sites were just as described, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed how spread out all the sites were. I will definitely be back in the future.

The views from the picnic area and some of the hiking trails are stunning - especially at sunset. The park staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities (bathrooms, showers (hot water), and picnic spots) were clean and well kept. We really appreciated how peaceful the campground felt, even when it was busy. It’s a great spot whether you’re camping in a tent or just visiting for a hike and a picnic.
