This beach is clean and easily accessible. With $5 per vehicle admission, it's a cheap spot to spend the day. The water level (max of 5 ft) is perfect for kids, but frustrating for advanced swimmers. Bring your own tent, chairs, cooler, and life jackets. The only bathrooms/changing areas are two VERY rustic restrooms. No lifeguard is on duty. Overall, great way to spend the afternoon.

Very good place to have lake access. Wheelchair access is a little difficult, a better design would be awesome!

It's so relaxing, if only geese feces weren't covering all the sandy areas.
