This is an amazing RV Resort that will provide you with all the amenities you need. The resort only offers 7 sites that are very spread out making your site almost secluded from all the others. The owners (Jason & Jennifer) are spectacular hosts with extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas of things to do. Every site has a beautiful view. This is a must stay at!

Thank You Billie & Crew… from the moment we arrived we were well received and Billie shared her knowledge of things to do when staying in the area. With well maintained chicken coops, we enjoyed spending some time with the different chickens and bunnies. Upon leaving, Billie took the time to wish us safe travels. Thank You again for a great experience.

Breathtaking views, quiet and peaceful, clean air, beautiful, private, FHU and level sites, wonderful hosts, everything is amazing in this RV mountain retreat resort. We loved it there and felt at home, thank you so much CRF for sharing this piece of heaven with us! We’ll be back!

We chose it as a stopover on our way back home to Pa. after a month long rv trip to Key Largo, and it was by far a highlight of our 3300 mi. journey. So much so, next time we visit it will be for a much longer time, roaming the many hiking trails and enjoying the spectacular views (instead of a two night stop over to visit friends in Franklin, NC). The property is pristine, and sites are very, very spacious; the air is crisp, and did I mention, Jennifer and Jason are the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. This place is not short of glorious! (Our lab loved it too)

This place is maybe the best RV spot we've stayed thus far. It's not far from the town of Franklin, but you feel like you're way out there. Sites are spaced right so you aren't on top of each other. And if you like hiking there are tons of trails with mind blowing views. All this on top of the fact we had a break down and got in near 9pm. They were still able to get us in at that hour.
