I was having the worse day of travel. I had been driving for hours due to a major accident and the highway closed. Once it got dark I decided to quit. I pulled up maps and found cane creek. I pulled up maps and found cane creek. I called and they answered the phone . We all know that doesnt happen often. They said come on. I was met right away the women spoke to me and decided on the best spot . She drove me down and helped me hook up with her lights on me . She came back and gave me clear directions to get back on my route and suggested a walk around the pond in the morning. Which was exactly what I needed. We had another dog join us and give my girl a fun run around before having to sit in the truck for hours. I am so grateful for the time to reset and destress. The grounds are gorgeous with campers spaced well apart from each other. True country setting, peaceful and even in the winter cold it was beautiful. I will be back in the spring to enjoy more time here.

Exceptionally nice place. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Very well maintained and the owners were very helpful. I am a travel nurse and stayed here while on contract. As a female, that was by myself most of the time I always felt safe. I highly recommend staying whether just passing through or needing something longer. I will definitely return if back in the area.

I stayed here for about 9 months while working to help build the Toyota battery plant. The location is nice and quiet, very rural. Full hookups with everything included. You can get from the campsite to the Toyota plant in 30 minutes if you find yourself running late, but with the amount of deer on the road between here and there I’d recommend giving yourself a larger window. It’s close to Liberty, NC which has a grocery store for most of your long stay needs, and they have a place for you to receive packages if you list their address on the shipping. They don’t have internet, but I was able to use the hotspot on my phone for online stuff like watching tv. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there, and I had great interactions with Mrs. Natalie who ran the place.

OMG! So nice. So peaceful. The host is great. I am sitting here looking out over a big pond and trees, a tiny old cabin and a windmill. To my right are fruit trees. The rigs park in a wooded area. The breeze is blowing and I am happy. Off the beaten path and worth the 12-mile drive I took to get here!!

Great place. Low key environment, plenty of shade. We were having some RV issues and needed a spot Asap. Spoke to the owners directly and they had a space for a few days while we got things worked out. Beautiful property with a nice fishing pond and room to run our dog away from the camp area. Very relaxing and friendly. If we are ever in that area of NC again, we would most definitely book there... Great place. Low key environment, plenty of shade.
