Nice, quite campground with lots of trees. The owner, Rudolph Cotten, is friendly and willing to help with any RV issue you have. Neighbors are polite, too.

Mr. Cotten fit us in and accommodated us last minute, he also gives small goodie bags for booking with him( small flashlight, pen, writing book...honestly it was the hospitality for me when he doesn't have to)The area is nice. Campsites are level and the neighbors around are awesome. Definitely recommend.

I'm genuinely sorry your wife developed a fear of dogs because she was attacked once, but as someone who owns a rescue and has worked with animals for years, discrimination like this and at kinds LITERALLY makes me so angry. You should honestly not even allow pets in general since you discriminate against most. I've seen small dogs who are so over weight you would deny them based purely on their weight. Here's a picture of the vicious breed in question.

Cannot have a dog over 30 lbs?? First question the proprietor asked me if I had a dog and how much he weighed. Wont waste my time or money with these jokers.
