The grounds are kept up with and it's VERY family friendly here. There is an in ground swimming pool, a playground, a bathhouse that has toilets and shower stalls, and a laundry facility that includes two stackable washers and dryers. All my interactions with the owner, Joe, have been pleasant. At night, it's wonderful looking up at the stars. It's very quiet and peaceful out this way. I highly recommend B and B RV Park!

I can absolutely give this family operated RV Park 5 stars. They keep it clean, continuesly make upgrades/improvements and it is insanely quiet and family friendly. I try daily and have been here a year. Not necessarily complaining, I just use my phone and hotspot. Just want to point it out as I've spoken with several others with the same issue. Whatever company y'all are using, which I'm sure is charging you a pretty penny, they need to do better!

We are very grateful we stumbled across this RV park from a local recommendation. The owner Joe was very hospitable! The park is still under construction and new spots are being made everyday! Our spot had a paved patio, great water pressure ( soft water which was welcomed coming from TX), and full sewer hook-up. Wifi is still a work in progress, our Starlink worked but was slower in the evening. There was a gym close by, the Bull Pen which we used during our 3 weeks there. There was also a beautiful winery nearby which we highly suggested- Tunnel Creek Winery.

Full time RV, moved from GA to NC. In our hunt for a long term campground, we lucked out with this place !! Brand new park, still adding spots as I type. Literally. So very helpful and accommodating. They actually answer the phone when you call !!! While trying to find somewhere to park Wanda from 1.5 states away, they MADE room for us, easing my stress considerably. This is a no frills campground(so far) but they do have a very nice bathhouse and laundry facility on site. Great long term rates. And bonus, I get the 1st review !!

They were a godsend during the 8*f winter blast that came thru during Christmas. All sites have power, water and sewer. The park's free WiFi is decent, but better if you have a booster. Cell service availability depends on carrier. More geared to the long term visitor. Many guests are here for local construction, and are staying here instead of a motel, because the rates are very reasonable. Really quiet at night. Far enough away from town that light pollution doesn't bother your view of the night sky, either. Google needs to update their map of the park. The loop has been extended to add at least 30 sites since it was first added. *Update* The WiFi has been updated. It's still not perfect, but it covers most of the property, and is still being fine tuned. *Update* a dozen new sites are being set up for use before July.
