If you are wanting a quiet place this is NOT it! Upon trying to rent a space in advance all the spaces that are rented (over half the park) are long term tenants so basically you are forced to rent a space up in the front by the highway . This is ridiculous business! Then you have the people that live here that have these obnoxiously loud trucks that they made this way on purpose that rip and roar through all hours of night and day! Do they ever sleep. There should be a noise ordinance posted. Then their is this rental policy for spaces that don't make sense! Owner I hope you read this and change it because what is the difference in how you get paid for your space. If a customer wants to rent a space by the pond it's not available the long term tenants have it locked up and that's not right. We short term tenants 2 days or 1 week or 2 weeks should be able to have a great vacation space for peace and relaxation. The pond with the ducks and geese were magnificent! Very peaceful. But we were told we could not have a space by the pond for more than 2 days ??? What does it matter as long as you are getting paid for that space! Get the long term out of those spaces including your Manager free up some good spaces for your customers! Clean up your park get some of the trashy out of there and put more dog trash cans out. There wasn't any out anywhere in the whole park except in the dog park! People walk their dogs in the whole PARK!! The person that cleans the Restrooms does a great job they are very clean! Half the washer and dryers were out of order as well. Not a great visit

There was a large meeting room and full kitchen that our group was able use. The roads were paved, and for someone who enjoys walking everyday, that is very important. The staff was friendly and helpful too. There is a lot to do in Selma, our group went to the Rudy Theatre for their wonderful Christmas Show. Some of us went to DaWayne’s and the outlets. I would highly recommend this campground.

We figured if all went well we'd use them next time we were traveling. The lady I made reservations with was very nice and set us up with a nice site with a gazebo. Pretty campground. The day we arrived we were running behind and got there just after camp office closed. I thought our paperwork was going to be posted for us to pickup, but it wasn't. We knew our site, found it and the hubby started setting up. Gets everything done and comes to get me. He says everything is done but that we have no water. That was very inconvenient. I looked online no emergency phone number listed for issues. Went to office nothing listed there either. Called the camp office to see what message said, no help there. Tried emailing, no one got back with us. All campgrounds should have an emergency phone number. Next day a woman called and said that they were refunding our site fee, since we didn't have water. It's been almost 2 weeks and no refund has been issued. Soooo....if you're planning on staying there, get there early to make sure everything at your site works! Because you'll get no help after hours! As for staying there again. When I was told we were getting a refund, I thought well we'll try them again and see. But since we haven't received the refund, they're not at the top of my list!

The rank and file staff are amazing. If you're visiting, this is the place for you. If you're a full timer stay away. Rates constantly go up, which would be fine if we got what we paid for. Manager will LIE to your face about that, but again, only "up front" has WiFi. Roads are so badly maintained, you'll get injured just driving around the park. Manager is a JERK. He changes the rules as he sees fit, regardless of your lease agreement. $800 every month is a steep price for NO WiFi, no yard maintenance, and knowing the manager listens to every private conversation you have on his dozens of cameras. Visit? Stay. Full time? RUN.
