This KOA was really nice. We were there off season and everything was open. The camp was very well maintained. Stephanie in the office really went out of her way to send us a replacement computer cord that our dog chewed up. The company promised to have it to The Bern KOA before we left and that didn’t happen. It showed up the day after we left and Stephanie shipped it to the next KOA we were... This KOA was really nice. We got the cord and are so grateful for her kindness. We would love to stay here again sometime and stay longer. Beautiful area.

Our second trip to the New Bern KOA and first with our new camper—just as great as the first! My wife caught a nice catfish in the river, which made her day. We stayed in the buddy sites with my brother and loved how they face each other. The sunsets over the water were amazing. Always a great stay!
