I wanted to spend some time with my 8yo daughter because since having a baby a year ago, I haven’t gotten much one on one time with her. It was exactly what we needed and I highly recommend! The staff/owners were more than accommodating and wonderful. The activities were plentiful and fun, the camp is gorgeous, and the food was great. The staff did a great job with the schedule so there was always something to do if we wanted to join. Do be prepared for an authentic camp experience. It reminded me so much of the beautiful Parent Trap setting. There were camp songs, s’mores by the fire at night, food in the dining hall, friendships to be made, *and* a rustic/authentic cabin. I should mention that I was nervous about the cabin when I first saw it because I did not go to camp as a child (so I didn’t know what to expect). However, the cabin turned out to be fine. I did not see any bugs inside our cabin (which was my only concern!) and I even slept well the second night. Thank yall so much for a fabulous weekend. A good time was had my all! We can’t wait until next year!

My daughter has been blessed to attend this camp for four years now. It's the highlight of her year and she talks about it constantly. The sense of welcome they create for the campers is outstanding. It's like a second home for her. I appreciate all the wonderful activities they offer all wrapped within a culture that teaches the girls confidence and integrity. We love Glen Arden!

Activity's are super fun and you will learn a lot about the sport or the history behind it. they have evening activity's every night and holiday calibrations if you go to the 4 week session you have your own Christmas. The nature there is mind blowing is super beautiful. You will sing songs to and have council fire and you kids will be recognized for there wonderful accomplishments. We also have morning activity's for the early birds, Barn rats were you take care of horses, pop hole were you jump in the lake, and iron madden were you run. One of the best places iv ever been and would 100% recommend.
