We stayed in the cabins, so can't speak to the tent or RV sites, but had a great time! We came for 2 nights December 27-29 and the weather was rainy, but around 50-60 degrees. We came for 2 nights December 27-29 and the weather was rainy, but around 50-60 degrees. You must text or call Michael Bradley to book, and communicating with him went well! We loved the cozy cabin right along the river with code door locks, electricity, TV, an AC window unit and heater. Bathrooms are shared with 2 toilets and 2 showers, it is clean enough but I would bring shower shoes and there are no paper towels so make sure to bring a towel and washcloth - water is hot! Must bring cooking supplies and a cooler unless you plan on eating out every meal (which is possible with the casino, local options and Bryson City about 20 minutes away. Must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags for the double bed. We were in Cabin #9 but 6, 7, 8 & 9 are all waterfront Cabins. Perfect for a weekend away especially if you want to fly fish. Amazing price for what you get, we will be back!

I spent 2 nights in Oct. ‘23. I did not have a reservation as I was passing through on an east coast trip. I got a spot right on the water. I was only going to stay one night but loved it and stayed 2. I’m looking to go back soon. Pretty full but it was quiet and so peaceful! The bath house was clean so if you love camping or glamping and don’t need hotel amenities, I highly recommend.

Quiet spot very close to the core of Cherokee. Bradley who runs the place is a good, friendly dude. Electric, water, and wifi at all the spots, bathrooms and showers in the center building.
