We had the absolute best stay we have ever had at a campground. We have been camping for 6 years now and this has been our best experience we have ever had. Rusty at the front desk was AMAZING. She was super sweet, fun and also made us feel super welcomed. We were blown away at how much there was to do. The restaurant Fins was super convenient and the food was great. We cannot wait to come back again!

Not a post to bash this Margaritaville lodge and campsite, I just want to help someone looking into this place. I was researching somewhere new to stay on my next trip to the Smokies. I was researching somewhere new to stay on my next trip to the Smokies. I found you guys, my kids told me 'mommy we gotta go.' Doing more research on this place, if you're looking for a place that gives you breakfast every day, this isn't the place. They only do it on certain times and certain days, and they charge you to eat. For a four-night stay, it's going to run you $1500, and that's for the basic room, plus their daily fee. I feel if they're going to charge that amount plus the daily fee, they should at least serve a free breakfast everyday. Their extra stuff, like bowling and whatnot, isn't free either. Happy vacation planning hope this helps

I can’t recommend this place enough. We spent the week of Christmas here, and it has been absolutely spectacular. We spent the week of Christmas here, and it has been absolutely spectacular. From making s’mores by the fire pit with Colby, to the warm hospitality from Lily and Seth at Fin’s, and the incredible front staff like Rusty—every detail exceeded our expectations. The Christmas spirit here made our stay even more special, especially as we navigated moving from the West to the East for our new home as a military family. This year, we were missing many of our usual family traditions, and being here made Christmas feel truly memorable despite that. I also can stress enough how dog friendly they are as well. They have a dog supper menu.

If you stay here I hope you get to meet Rusty. Absolutely one of the most amazing people and he cares for everyone who walks through that door. He was wonderful with our family. Such a great stay with amazing staff. The security guard at night it so helpful when you need to take your dog out at 3am. Amazing acts of kindness by a wonderful staff.

My only feedback is it's very dark walking around at night but that is where cellphone flash light comes in handy.
