Impeccably kept, super quiet and great location for all we wanted to do. Very few campers for the six nights we were there- we basically had the place to ourselves. The lack of a picnic made it less than a 5 for us. We've been to many, many campgrounds and dont recall ever being without a picnic table- don't consider it a "luxury" item.

Cool Breeze was a great anchor spot for us while exploring and biking the New River Trail! The owner is great to work with. Sites are pretty level and very clean. Bathhouse was immaculate. No picnic tables or fire rings at the sites. But good quiet campground for couples.

Campground was nice, quiet and peaceful. This campground is right next door to Deer Creek Motorcoach resort, we visited friends of ours on their lot very nice location. Cool breeze not to far outside of Galax and about 30 to 40 mins to Mt Airy. We will stay here again.
