The location is great. Several grocery stores and a WalMart nearby. Very friendly/professional staff, very easy to work with-we extended for another week. Although the handicap shower needs a little attention (still useable), the showers/bathroom area is very clean. Like any RV campground, the spaces are not very large, but we made it work. If you are lucky enough to get Site 22, say hello to this beautiful and super cool cat-Max.

I can’t speak any higher about this RV park. The moment we walked into the office, we were greeted with the most pleasant woman who got us situated for the few days we were staying there. We are new to RV parks and they answered my questions without hesitation. I believe it is family owned, but regardless everyone we encountered were absolutely wonderful. It was easy getting in and out of the pull through spot, plenty of space, each spot had a picnic table to use as well.

However, the sites were super small( we made it work) as we were barley at our camper other to sleep, but when it came to that due to campers being so close we barely were able to sleep as you could hear the conversation of the person or persons next to you, many would open and shut the doors on cars and trucks repeating, so we would be awake all hours of the night. Close to the road so the traffic was loud, they advertise quite hour and no one followed it people would be out walking their dogs at midnight trucks would come pulling in at 2am. Five days of unbearable sleep.

Come on Google, it's NOT a Hotel. It's an RV Park. It's has some good sites at a great price with all the expected full hookup amenities. I've never run into a staff member who wasn't pleasant to deal with, and we've stayed here twice.

Beautiful Rv Park and so clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay and it was a week long. I highly recommend this park in Pigeon Forge.
